I'm Sasha Ejarque, a fullstack engineer based in Argentina, with 5+ years turning ambiguous problems into products that actually ship. I care as much about clean architecture as I do about the person using what I build — that's the line I try to hold on every project.
Outside of code I train karate and grow bonsai — both taught me that precision is built one small, repeated correction at a time, not in one big leap. I bring that same patience to systems design.

My flagship project: a connected web and mobile experience that turns routines, members, and operations into one clear, scalable system.
Nexo.
Bank transfer system built on a real event-driven architecture on AWS — Cognito, SNS+SQS, an async Worker, and an append-only ledger in DynamoDB. The interface is simple on purpose: what matters runs underneath, with every cost decision verified before it was made.
F1 Race Engineer.
An AI-powered Formula 1 race engineer: takes real telemetry from OpenF1 and returns a validated, structured strategic analysis, not free text. Built in Python with FastAPI — with a real round of production incident diagnosis and fixes (rate limits, timeouts, token quotas) documented end to end.

Before writing code, I seek to understand the problem. These studies show how I think about operations, constraints, and opportunities for improvement.
Academic requirements-engineering case study on YPF Agro's delivery logistics. We traced how route planning ran on WhatsApp threads and a whiteboard, with no order traceability and no way to balance workload across drivers — a real risk for a business bound to a 48-hour delivery promise during seasonal demand spikes. We specified a web and mobile platform that automates route planning while still letting the logistics manager review and override it, gives drivers real-time delivery reporting, and leaves a historical record the business can use for demand planning.
